Soft on the neck, bold on the eyes. Neoprene lines the inside of this collar, so there's a cushion between the strap and your dog's skin, and the material dries fast after a wet walk or a muddy roll.
The webbing is polyester, built to hold up over time, with a D-ring for clipping on a leash. The high-density buckle uses a 4-point lock system for extra security.
Sizing: the 3/4" wide collar fits a circumference of 12.5" - 19.5".
